Pedal to Properties puts a new spin on real estate…a new franchise offering in the real estate business provides an innovative and “green” alternative to the traditional real estate office. With offices in the bicycle-friendly communities of Boulder CO, Northampton MA and Sonoma CA, Pedal to Properties provides bike tours of properties for sale to prospective buyers. They began in Boulder from an idea to enhance the home-buying experience by offering buyers a unique way to see neighborhoods. Two realtors brought their idea to life when they opened the office with a handful of clients and 10 bikes. Three years later, the company owns 50 bikes, has four brokers and maintains a database of 10,000 contacts.
