After a successful career in high-tech sales and marketing, I’ve chosen to focus my interests to help people get what they want with their homes (for some reason, I’ve always spent a lot of time touring homes for sale). I help people with all types of needs get what they want in their home-buying and home-selling.
In 2004 I obtained my real estate sales license and started working part-time in Truckee California. As a result, I have a great understanding of the mountain-resort-second home real estate market at North Lake Tahoe and Truckee. I obtained my Broker’s license in late 2004. In 2005 I started my real estate career full time in Sacramento. Initially, with Lyon Real Estate, I soon realized that my clients were more interested in the service I provide vs. the company I work for. I joined the Galster Real Estate group for approximately 2 years. As of December 1 2011, I am pleased to announce that NorCal Partners Real Estate has become an independent real estate office!
I work in the entire Sacramento metro area, including Sacramento, El Dorado, Placer and Yolo counties. I am particularly effective in the east and north areas of Sacramento. This includes Natomas, East Sac, Arden/Arcade, Carmichael-Fair Oaks-Citrus Heights, Folsom, East Roseville, Granite Bay, El Dorado Hills and Shingle Springs/Cameron Park. There are several neighborhoods in each of these areas that I track on a daily basis.
